As reported by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Packers beat reporter Tom Silverstein Sean Richardson has suffered yet another serious neck injury which has put his season and perhaps his career in peril.
Silverstein reports his unjury as a herniated disk which would probably result in surgery. Green Bay Packers safety Sean Richardson has suffered a herniated disk in his neck for the second time in his career and will be lost for the season, according to a source who was informed of the safety's condition.
The injury could spell the end of Richardson's career because it is a similar injury to the one he suffered in 2012 and required fusion surgery of the C-5 and C-6 vertebrae.
