The Green Bay Packers are no strangers to the injury bug during this year’s training camp, and Wednesday’s practice saw it strike another big-name player. The victim was right tackle Bryan Bulaga, who reportedly went to the ground during a running game drill and was helped to the locker room.
Probably more significant than the injury itself is the description of Bulaga’s reaction by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel’s Michael Cohen, who used the phrase “grimacing badly” to describe Bulaga’s face as he limped off the field.
Second-year tackle Kyle Murphy stepped in for Bulaga for the first snaps with the starting line.
