Welcome to the Titletown Report.
The first day of the NFL’s two-day negotiating window is in the books, and it was an exciting one. Big signings and blockbuster trades were made around the league.
The Green Bay Packers were active in free agency, too, signing two players at positions of need: inside linebacker Christian Kirksey and tackle Rick Wagner. While general manager Brian Gutekunst didn’t spend big money, he did make a couple of smart, affordable additions.
These days won’t be made official until at least Wednesday, so neither is yet guaranteed.
How active will Green Bay be in the coming days?
