GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers will have a new kicker in 2024, as the team announced that Anders Carlson will not be on the 53-man roster this season.
ESPN’s Rob Demovsky was the first to report that Carlson would not be making the cut after he struggled throughout training camp, which ended with him missing a 32-yard field goal attempt late in their final preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday.
Carlson, a 6th-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, made 27 of 33 field goals and 34 of 39 extra points during the regular season.
