Packers Romeo Doubs leaves game with head injury after incompletion in end zone

Green Bay Packers receiver Romeo Doubs appears to be in concussion protocol after his head hit the Lambeau Field turf on an incomplete pass in the end zone in the third quarter of the Packers' game with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

Teammates helped Doubs off the field and after being checked out in the medical tent, Doubs headed toward the locker room.
