Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports that the Packers signed DE Letroy Guion to a restructured contract following his recent four-game suspension for a PED violation.
According to Demovsky, this new agreement pushes Guion’s offseason roster bonuses that were due this Saturday and on May 2 back to Weeks 9 and 15 of the 2017 season.
Guion’s bonus has been reduced to $300,000 each from the previous total of $400,000. The Packers did, however, keep Guion’s $1.7 million base salary intact.
In total, the suspension will cost Guion $400,000.
Guion, 29, is entering the second year of his three-year, $11.
