GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — The Green Bay Packers have reportedly signed DB Rasul Douglas to a three-year contract worth up to $25 million after he became a cornerstone of their defense in the last half of the 2021 season.
Douglas was signed off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad and made an immediate impact. In 12 games (nine starts) he recorded five interceptions (two returned for touchdowns) and 13 pass breakups. He also recorded 57 tackles and one forced fumble.
The 5th year veteran also spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers before being a part of the Cardinals practice squad last year and was on the Eagles team that won Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis.
