The Green Bay Packers announced on Monday that they activated defensive tackle Jonathan Ford from the injured reserve, which came with a corresponding roster move of releasing long snapper Matt Orzech. Ford’s 21-day practice window with the team began on October 2nd, meaning that the team quickly needed to decide whether Ford would be activated to the 53-man roster or revert back to the injured reserve for the remainder of the season.
At the moment, Ford joins Kenny Clark, T.J. Slaton, Devonte Wyatt, Karl Brooks and Colby Wooden as the six defensive tackles on the Packers’ 53-man roster.
