The Packers could be without Allen Lazard for some time.
Just days after a career-best performance, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard is injured and out of action.
After not practicing on Thursday and being added to the injury report, there was uncertainty about his availability for Monday’s game versus the Atlanta Falcons.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Lazard had core muscle surgery this week and is now “out indefinitely”.
This is just awful news for Lazard, who had been playing some of his best football to start the season and was on his way to a breakout year.
