Michael Cohen is reporting that the Packers are re-signing OL Don Barclay to a one-year deal worth up to $1.3 million.
Barclay, 27, wound up signing on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia back in 2012. He’s managed to make the 53-man roster in each of his first five years in the NFL.
Barclay figures to take J.C. Tretter‘s role as the team’s main reserve offensive lineman next year.
In 2016, Barclay was active for all 16 games for the Packers and played a total of 196 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
