On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Rams held a walkthrough practice to begin preparing for Saturday’s game against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Had they practiced, however, all-everything defensive lineman Aaron Donald would not have participated, according to their injury report.
Even on Wednesday, when the Rams held a true practice three days out from kickoff, Donald was not on the field. That ran a bit counter to some comments he made to the media that suggested that he was ready to go and saw him express his frustration about all the attention being paid to his injury:
Aaron Donald says he’s feeling no pain, and that he’s not gonna talk about his “damn side” (ribs) the whole news conference.
