Green Bay — There are a bevy of moments when Matt Blanchard's dreams — the ones that once seemed so unrealistic to so many — became more than just fantasy.
There was his senior season at UW-Whitewater, when Denver Broncos assistant Eric Studesville — a former Warhawk himself — returned to campus. After Studesville watched Blanchard dominate another Division III foe, he told then-Whitewater coach Lance Leipold that his little-known quarterback just might have an NFL future.
There was the University of Wisconsin pro day in the spring of 2012, an event Blanchard called "Russell's Show," as in Russell Wilson, the former Badgers quarterback and current Seahawks star.
