The Green Bay Packers are coming off an underwhelming 2024 campaign, as the team was bounced in the first round of the postseason by the Philadelphia Eagles and failed to return to the divisional round after exceeding expectations in 2023.
One area the Packers should look to improve this offseason is pass rush. Though the team totaled 45 sacks in 2024, which ranked within the top ten, Green Bay lacked high-end production at the edge rusher position outside of Rashan Gary last season.
The Packers could look to address this need in free agency or the draft, but Sportsnaut's Matt Johnson predicts the team will orchestrate a blockbuster trade for Las Vegas Raiders superstar edge rusher Maxx Crosby.
