Packers predicted to draft Ohio State playmaker in the first round

The Green Bay Packers have not spent first-round picks on offensive skill positions in recent years. However, they could change their ways in the 2025 NFL Draft.

CBS Sports' Blake Brockermeyer predicted the Packers would select Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver Emeka Egbuka in the first round of the draft.

"Egbuka has consistently delivered for the Buckeyes, serving as one of their top targets in the passing game and a versatile weapon in the run game," wrote Brockermeyer. "He's a silky-smooth route runner with exceptional hands, situational awareness, and the ability to turn any touch into a big play.
