The NFL Network reports that the Packers will be placing defensive tackle Billy Winn and return man Tyler Ervin on injured reserve after both suffered injuries during Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Winn was quickly ruled out after being injured Sunday, which usually indicates a player has suffered a severe injury. However, Tom Pelissero's report suggests that Winn will not be shut down for the season and could actually return after the mandatory three week period required when a player is placed on injured reserve.
However, it sound like Ervin could be shut down for the season as a result of the foot injury he suffered agains the Eagles.
