On Wednesday, the Green Bay Packers announced a pair of roster transactions. The team has signed offensive lineman Nico Siragusa to their active roster and moved guard Byron Bell to injured reserve.
The Baltimore Ravens picked Siragusa in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Taken 122nd overall, Siragusa fell almost exactly midway between two Packers fourth round picks: Vince Biegel at 108 and Jamaal Williams at 134. He was on Baltimore's practice squad before the signing.
A long-term starter for San Diego State, Siragusa tested well at the 2017 NFL Combine, rating highly in the Relative Athletic Score metric compiled by Ken Lee Platte.
