Packers Pick Up Ha Ha Clinton-Dix’s Option

The Green Bay Packers did something they’ve never done before, today. They picked up a first-round draft pick’s fifth-year option. That honor goes to safety and 2014 first-round pick Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.

This move comes as no surprise. Despite his occasional lackadaisical play, the Packers like Clinton-Dix. In 2016, he made his first Pro Bowl and was a second-team All Pro. Clinton-Dix was credited with 80 tackles, one forced fumble and five interceptions during the campaign.
