Green Bay — It often used to take weeks for an NFL team to get all its draft picks signed, but thanks to a new rookie salary pool, the Green Bay Packers head into their first training camp practice with all eight of their draft choices signed.
The last of the picks to sign was first-rounder Damarious Randall. His four-year, $7,915,728 deal was signed on June 16, more than a month before the start of training camp.
The Packers used almost every dollar of the $5,123,244 salary cap they were allotted to sign draft picks and undrafted free agents.
