Odell Beckham Jr. is currently a free agent, and a report earlier this week suggested his preference is to sign with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers apparently do have an offer out to Beckham, but it’s for the minimum, according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Silverstein notes that while the Packers’ offer could go up, “they can’t pay him a ton” because they haven’t signed superstar wide receiver Davante Adams to an extension. Still, it seems as if there’s some mutual interest here, and it makes sense to want to give Rodgers another weapon.
