Good morning and welcome to the Titletown Report. The Green Bay Packers have finalized their 53-man roster, and there were a few surprises.
The team decided to keep eight wide receivers, four tight ends and three quarterbacks, while keeping just two running backs and cutting players like Ahmad Thomas.
Of course, this roster will continue to evolve in the coming days, and one has to believe general manager Brian Gutekunst has a few players he’s interested in signing in the near future. With Devante Mays on injured reserve and fullback Aaron Ripkowski released, the team will need to find more depth at running back.
