Leonard Floyd could become the long-term replacement for Julius Peppers.
While the NFL Scouting Combine winds down, SB Nation's Dan Kadar released his latest mock draft. Once again, he sees the Green Bay Packers focusing on their defensive front with the selection of Georgia linebacker Leonard Floyd.
Floyd had a downright impressive combine performance. Though he did not participate in every drill, he did blaze a 4.60 40-yard dash. Combined with his near 40-inch vertical and 127-inch finish in the broad jump, Floyd confirmed what his tape shows: an explosive pass rusher that can bend the edge and disrupt the pocket on a consistent basis.
