GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers safety Sean Richardson might be dealing with another serious neck injury.

The backup safety and special-teams standout was added to the injury report on Thursday with a neck injury, and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Friday that it's season-ending and potentially career-ending.
