Another report linked the Green Bay Packers to wanting a veteran wide receiver this offseason, and it just so happens that a familiar and formidable name is available and possibly hitting the market soon.
According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, the Packers are expected to be spenders in free agency, and they're currently "looking to add a veteran wide receiver."
The idea would be to add a receiver with experience to help stabilize a young room featuring nothing but players on rookie contracts, and the Packers will need to find a way to replace some of what Christian Watson brought to the table as a versatile deep threat while he recovers from a significant knee injury.
