The Green Bay Packers ruled out two players and listed three as questionable for Sunday’s trip to Detroit to play the Lions.
Tight end Jace Sternberger (concussion) and rookie guard Simon Stepaniak (knee) are out, while safety Darnell Savage (groin), receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (knee/concussion) and receiver Malik Taylor (hamstring) are questionable to play.
Savage’s injury is a new one. He wasn’t listed on the injury report on Wednesday or Thursday but was added on Friday. The second-year safety was officially limited during practice Friday.
The injury is one to monitor, especially with safety Raven Greene now on injured reserve.
