Only three players were non-participants in Green Bay’s padded practice on Wednesday: running back Aaron Jones (knee), running back AJ Dillon (groin) and receiver Jayden Reed (undisclosed). When asked about Dillon’s status, head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed that Dillon is still battling through a groin injury that impacted his participation in practice last week. According to LaFleur, the team is “just trying to get him healthy.” For perspective, Dillon was a limited participant in both of the Packers’ walkthroughs last week, but he was never held out of practice altogether, though, a padded practice is clearly a different beast than a walkthrough.
