The have officially announced that both cornerback Jaire Alexander (ankle) and receiver Christian Watson (hamstring) will suit up against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Alexander rolled his ankle in a “freak” injury during Wednesday’s walkthrough practice and missed the final two practices of the week. Meanwhile, Watson has been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury that has cost him games over several stretches during the regular season.
With Watson in the ball game, the Packers ruled out receiver Malik Heath from action. This means that Bo Melton, who put up an incredible two-game stretch as a practice squad call-up during the final two weeks of the regular season, has officially moved up the depth chart at the position.
