Ian Rapoport of NFL Media is reporting that the Packers are bringing free agent OLB Ahmad Brooks for a visit. The Broncos reportedly have interest in Brooks too, according to Rapoport.
San Francisco was holding out for a potential trade to surface, but one name came and they elected to release him a few days ago.
Brooks is one of the best available free agents at a premium position, so it’s not surprising to hear that he’s already generating interest from NFL teams.
Brooks, 33, is a former supplemental third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2006.
