The Brian Gutekunst-led Green Bay Packers are famously leaving “no stone unturned” in their search for players to help the team, and this year that includes bringing in a recently-released linebacker for a visit. That player is Christian Kirksey, who received his release from the Cleveland Browns earlier this week and is eligible to sign a free agent contract at any time.
Kirksey visited the Las Vegas Raiders on Wednesday, but left there without a contract. According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, he is heading to Green Bay to visit with the Packers on Thursday.
