The NFL named its five finalists for Coach of the Year and Packers head coach Matt LaFleur was not on the list. While you can argue there are other strong candidates for this award, leaving LaFleur off the list of finalists is an unjust decision.
The Packers head coach overcame many challenges to get his team to the playoffs. He had the youngest roster in the league. The Packers starting quarterback had exactly one career NFL start prior to this season. No starting wide receiver or tight end on this roster had more than one year of NFL experience.
