Packers have chance to get even against Bears

Green Bay — Thirteen presidents have held office since the Green Bay Packers last were able to say they were even with the Chicago Bears.

When the Packers and Bears met on a nasty Halloween night in 1994 at Soldier Field, the Bears' lead in the series was 82-59-6.

"It was seemingly insurmountable," said Jerry Fontenot, who played center for the Bears from 1989-'96 and has been a member of MikeMcCarthy's coaching staff for 10 years.

On Thursday night at Lambeau Field, when the teams meet for the 192nd time, the Packers can draw even again.
