The Green Bay Packers got an offensive tackle and an edge rusher in the first two rounds of Matt Miller’s post-Shrine and Senior Bowl mock draft at ESPN posted Monday (subscription required).
In the first round, Miller sent Oregon tackle Josh Conerly Jr. — a standout at the Senior Bowl — to the Packers at No. 23. In the second round, Texas A&M edge rusher Nic Scourton was the pick at No. 54.
The selections would give the Packers an infusion of young talent along the line of scrimmage entering 2025.
According to PFF, Conerly allowed only one sack and nine total pressures across 521 pass-blocking snaps as the left tackle for Oregon in 2024.
