GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers aren’t closing the door on one of their top defenders staying with the franchise for the 2025 season.
According to GM Brian Gutekunst, who spoke to the media on Monday morning, cornerback Jaire Alexander may be staying with the Packers after all, saying, “We have some time here to kind of figure that out and see what’s best for him and for the organization.”
When asked if Alexander could remain a Packer for another year, he said, “It could be a possibility. Absolutely.”
Alexander, 28, has missed 23 games over the last two seasons due to injuries and would be due $16.
