Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson has left Sunday’s Packers-Giants Wild Card game with a rib injury.
Nelson was hit hard by New York Giants defensive back Leon Hall with just over 11 minutes to go in the second quarter. Nelson went down hard on the Packers’ sideline and took several minutes to get to his feet.
The 31-year-old Nelson was carted to the Packers locker room, but did not appear to be limping. The team announced that he is questionable to return. On three targets, he had caught one pass for 13 yards prior to the injury.
