It was exactly the response the Green Bay Packers needed. To maintain their advantage in the NFC North and stay in the race for a first-round bye, the Packers needed the type of bounce-back performance they produced on Sunday afternoon at a snowy MetLife Stadium.
Hardly an unstoppable performance, but it was obvious early on that the Packers were the better team and it seemed clear they’d find a way to win the game. And they did, comfortably.
Even though the run game didn’t get going for much of the game, the passing game sure did.
