Packers get lightweight Kentucky CB in Daniel Jeremiah's third mock draft

Even after adding a cornerback in free agency, the Green Bay Packers could still use some reinforcements to shore up the back end of their defense. Help is on the way in the latest mock draft from NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah.

With the 23rd pick, Jeremiah had the Packers taking Kentucky corner Maxwell Hairston.

Here's his reasoning behind the pick: "It's not clear if Jaire Alexander has a long-term future in Green Bay, so the Packers turn to the highly dynamic Hairston at cornerback."

Regarding an update on Alexander, Rob Demovsky reported on Monday that the team is still actively attempting to trade the two-time second-team All-Pro cornerback.
