GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers have reached a deal with a former top-ten pick as they look to add more versatility to their defense.
According to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz, the Packers and free agent linebacker/safety Isaiah Simmons have agreed to terms on a deal that will bring the former Clemson star to Green Bay.
Simmons, 26, was selected 8th overall by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2020 NFL Draft before being signed by the New York Giants before the 2024 season where he played almost 400 snaps on special teams over the last two seasons, earning himself an 88.
