Earlier this afternoon, the Packers announced several changes to Matt LaFleur's coaching staff.
Most notably, LaFleur has promoted Jason Vrable to wide receivers coach.
Vrable joined the Packers last season as an offensive assistant after working in the same position for the New York Jets in 2017-18. Prior to his time with New York, Vrable spent four seasons with the Buffalo Bills, working as an offensive quality control coach from 2013-15 and then as an assistant quarterbacks coach in 2016. After Week 3 of the 2016 season when Anthony Lynn was promoted to offensive coordinator, Vrable added the duties of interim running backs coach.
