Packers fan's 1972 green and gold Cadillac, a Lambeau Field tailgating fixture since 1990, destroyed by fire

One of the fixtures of the Lot 10 tailgating scene outside Lambeau Field for decades will be missing on Sunday, and the hole it leaves behind is big enough to park a big ol’ Cadillac in — Bart Boyden’s green and gold classic 1972 Cadillac Fleetwood, to be exact.

On Thursday, the Green Bay Packers-themed Caddy that never failed to draw a crowd on game days went to that big tailgate party in the sky. It was 52 years old with more than 270,000 miles on it and a trunk full of history. It leaves behind a legacy of making Packers fans smile and inspiring honks, thumbs up and too many photos to count.
