More draft visit reports? Yes indeed. The Green Bay Packers continue their research on lightly-regarded draft prospects during the lead-up to the 2017 NFL Draft, and we have a new name to add to the list thanks to a report from the Sporting News:
Ankou, a 6’3” and 331-pound player who started 19 of his 23 games over the past two years. His best season came as a junior, when he recorded 1.5 sacks and five tackles for loss, plus three pass breakups. That year, he played on UCLA’s line with current Packers defensive tackle Kenny Clark and fellow 2017 draft prospect Eddie Vanderdoes.
