Although the Green Bay Packers’ offense sputtered and struggled on Sunday in Denver, there were at least a handful of highlights to be found on the defensive side of the football. That was certainly the case in the second half of the 27-2 loss to the Broncos, as the players deep down the depth chart only allowed Denver to score twice and with both drives coming on a short field.
In fact, the Packers allowed only five first downs to the Broncos’ second and third strong offenses after halftime, coming up with a turnover and a safety of their own.
