Last week was all about the Green Bay Packers‘ signings. This week has started by losing one of their top cornerbacks.
According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN, Bashaud Breeland is signing with the Kansas City Chiefs.
All of a sudden, the cornerback position becomes a need for the Packers once again. Depth is a real concern without Breeland.
Breeland signed with Green Bay last September after Davon House went on injured reserve, and he became an important part of the secondary in Mike Pettine’s defense, finishing with two interceptions, a pick-six and a fumble recovery.
