Green Bay — Unearthing the next great play — or even just the next first down — is work, but sometimes Jerry Fontenot gets lucky. A new idea will pop into his mind during the dark, morning drive to Lambeau Field. Other times, he digs through old playbooks in his closet.

"I will typically keep a pad and a pencil next to my bed at night, because sleeping tends to pull out some ideas, too," Fontenot said.
