Many Green Bay Packers fans attributed their loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the Divisional Round to one aspect: their special teams. It likely came as a relief to many of these fans when rumors of their special teams coordinator Maurice Dayton being fired floated around. Now, the organization has confirmed these rumors.
