The Packers have claimed center James Empey off waivers from the Titans.
In 2022, the 6' 4" 303 lb Empey appeared in three preseason games for the Cowboys. He was with the Dolphins during the regular season in 2022 but did not appear in a game.
A 41 game starter at BYU, Empey went undrafted last year and spent time with the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins before his stint with the Titans.
Empey will take the roster spot of Jonathan Garvin, who was released on Friday.
