Packers: Chiefs not ruling out Patrick Mahomes for Week 8

Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered a dislocated kneecap last week, but Chiefs head coach Andy Reid hasn’t ruled out the league MVP for Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers.

According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, Reid said that Mahomes will be at practice on Wednesday. That alone is quite incredible, even if he’s limited. As Demovsky noted, Reid added that “we’ll see how he does”, when talking about Mahomes’ status for Sunday’s game.

Despite that, it’s still hard to imagine Mahomes will be ready to play this week, just 10 days after going down with a serious knee injury.
