Packers-Browns: Joe Callahan ends first half with TD pass to John Crockett

Green Bay’s rookie QB just completed his first scoring pass as a professional.

At halftime of the Green Bay Packers’ preseason opener against the Cleveland Browns, the Packers hold a 10-5 lead. After giving up a safety early and trading field goals, the Packers got the first touchdown of the game and of 2016 with just seconds to go.

Quarterback Joe Callahan led the offense throughout the entire first half, and the offense took over at the 20 with 2:34 remaining. Callahan led a two-minute drill that lasted 12 plays and culminated in this short touchdown pass to running back John Crockett:

In the first half, Callahan completed 16 of 23 passes for 124 yards and that touchdown.
