1. Red-hot quarterback: Washington took Robert Griffin III with the second-overall pick in the 2012 draft and envisioned him as its quarterback for the next decade. The Redskins also took Kirk Cousins in the fourth round of that same draft. Interestingly, Cousins has blossomed into a borderline Pro Bowler, while Griffin III has flopped. The Redskins fully committed to Cousins this season and he's had a terrific year with 29 touchdowns, 11 interceptions and a 101.6 passer rating. Cousins also has 11 touchdown passes in his last three games and enters the postseason on a roll.
