Get ready to see an empty Lambeau Field hosting regular season football on your television
In not-at-all surprising news, the Green Bay Packers announced this evening the team will play in front of an empty Lambeau Field for the first two home games of the 2020 season.
That means no fans will be present when Green Bay takes on the Detroit Lions on September 20 or when they face the Atlanta Falcons on October 5.
In the statement, the team said that by only including essential personnel in the stadium the organization can solely focus on the game and thanks to the already canceled preseason, this will allow them to focus on enforcing all protocols.
