Packers announce new "1919 Kitchen & Tap" restaurant in Lambeau Field Atrium

On Tuesday afternoon, the Green Bay Packers organization held a press conference to announce the opening of the newest addition to the Lambeau Field Atrium. Curly's Pub, of course named for team founder Earl "Curly Lambeau, is no more and is replaced by a new venture that continues to honor the team's rich heritage.

The new restaurant, 1919 Kitchen & Tap, named for the year that the Packers first began as a professional football team, will be opening up this summer in time for training camp. According to the team's press release, visitors will have more than their fair share of food and beer options:

The restaurant will offer a menu full of innovative approaches to old favorites, highlighting locally sourced ingredients to ensure the freshest seasonal foods.
