Packers admit need for change on offensive line

Green Bay — A popular storyline entering the 2015 season centered on the offensive line for the Green Bay Packers. All five starters were returning for a unit that anchored arguably the best offense in the National Football League, and coach Mike McCarthy did not hesitate to anoint the group the best of his tenure.

When healthy, the quintet of left tackle David Bakhtiari, left guard Josh Sitton, center Corey Linsley, right guard T.J. Lang and right tackle Bryan Bulaga was capable of mauling in the run game, stampeding on screen passes and fortifying the pocket for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the league's reigning most valuable player.
